I went in for a hair colour change and hair cut. I have been going to Safiya for past three years and I’m always happy leaving the salon! Love her work and I only trust her with my hair! The plus at Top Notch is the pricing is reasonable and the service is great along with the cleanliness and staff is very friendly :) I highly recommend Safiya for Hair colour and Hair cut :D
